3 slices Italian bread, torn into small pieces ((can use 4 slices regular bread))
1 cup whole milk
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ((divided use))
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley ((optional - can use dried parsley flakes))
