2 cups (500 mL) milk
1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) hot pepper sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) roasted red bell peppers (from jar), drained, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Italian style bread crumbs
2 tsp (10 mL) margarine or butter, melted
