Italian Easter Egg Cookies
INGREDIENTS

Makes about 3 1/2 dozens cookies

1/2 cup butter (room temperature)

3/4 cup sugar
•
3 eggs
•
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•
1 tsp almond extract
•
1/4 cup milk
•
1/4 cup canola oil
•
3 3/4 cup flour
•
5 tsp baking powder
•
Pinch of salt
•
COLORED GLAZE
•
4 cups powdered sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
1 tsp almond extract
•
3 to 4 tablespoons of milk
•
Food coloring
•
Candy rainbow sprinkles (colored or chocolate... we use both)
