INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of warm water (about 130 degrees)
1 tbsp sugar (added to yeast mixture)
3/4 cups of sugar (added with flour)
3/4 cups of olive oil
1 tbsp salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup of boiling water (add with cold water at the same time)
1 cup of cold water (add with boiling water at the same time)
8 cups of flour
Filling ingredients:
24 hard cooked eggs, broken up with a fork
2 pounds of ricotta cheese
