3 bell peppers - red, orange, yellow (diced)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup dry white wine NOT cooking wine (Like a Chardonnay )
2 15oz cans diced tomatoes with juice
2 Tbsp fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh basil (julienned) ***see notes (cut into slivers)
1 Tbsp Butter (unsalted )
