1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c brown sugar (Light or dark brown sugar)
5 eggs - room temperature
1 c buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c pecans - chopped
1 1/2 c sweetened coconut
2 tsps vanilla
For the icing:
8 oz cream cheese - room temperature
2 tbsps unsalted butter - room temperature
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp heavy cream
