combination of vegetable and olive oil 1/4 cup mixed (or use canola oil if you prefer)

minced garlic around 2 tablespoons
•
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried

salt, pepper to taste
•
Italian flavored bread crumbs (panko works the best but whatever you have is fine)
•
grating cheese Reggiano Romano or use any Italian style grating cheese
•
granulated garlic
•
dried oregano
