2 egg yolks
1½ cups granulated sugar
10 fl oz sour cream, 100% dairy
5 fl oz Amaretto
10 fl oz Italian Fudge Sauce, prepared *recipe below
1½ cups caramelized almonds, prepared *recipe below
Italian Fudge Sauce
½ pound unsweetened baker’s chocolate
½ cup Half-and-Half
1½ cups heavy cream
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons Brandy
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces
½ pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramelized Almonds
2 cups almonds, sliced, toasted
1 cup granulated sugar
