½ cup Half-and-Half
•
1½ cups heavy cream
•
2 cups sugar
•
2 tablespoons Brandy
•
2 tablespoons Amaretto
•
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces

½ pinch salt
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramelized Almonds
•
2 cups almonds, sliced, toasted
