1/3 cup butter,melted

4 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese,softened

2 cups sugaar

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

5 eggs,lightly beaten

1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple,drained

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
•
2 oz unsweetnd chocolate,melted and cooled
•
1 tbsp creme de cacao
•
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chunks

SOUR CREAM LAYER:

16 oz sour cream
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1 tsp orange liqueur(Grand Marnier)

TOPPINGS:
•
1/2 cup shredded sweet coconut,toasted

/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
•
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
