Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour; 1 cup cake flour; 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar; 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda; 1 ½ teaspoon cream of tartar; 1 ½ teaspoon salt; 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature ((can use salted, see below)); 1 ¾ cup buttermilk; 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
