INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup all-purpose flour or 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour for a gluten-free version*
2/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder or Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Irish cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
FOR THE GANACHE:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Irish cream
1/4 cup whipping cream
