- 1 C. instant potato buds
- 1 C. hot water
- 1 Egg
- 1 C. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
How To Make instant potato dumplings

Step 1Mix potato buds with hot water. Add egg and beat well. Beat flour, salt and parsley into mixture until smooth. Form into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Drop into boiling salted water and cook covered for 15 minutes.
