1 tsp olive oil
¼ cup diced onion

1 ¾ cups chicken broth
6 ounces uncooked pasta shells (you can also use elbow macaroni)
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained
1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas
½ cup crushed cornflakes or potato chips
