8 oz. - Rotini pasta (see notes)
1/2 cup - Canned black beans ((Drain all the liquid from can))
1/2 cup - Corn ((Used frozen, you can use fresh too))
1/2 cup - Bell peppers (chopped (I used red and green, use whatever is available))
1 tbsp - Jalapenos (chopped (See notes))
1/2 cup - Onion
1/2 tbsp - Grated garlic
1 cup - Salsa
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - taco seasoning
1.5 tbsp - Oil
1/2 cup - Cheese (See notes)
2 cups - Water
