1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brandcaramel flavored sweetened condensedmilkor an equal amount of caramel ice cream topping(I’ve also just used regular sweetened condensed milk and it has been great)

2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I likethe Costco brand)

1 1/2tsp vanilla extract

1 tspsea salt
