Instant Pot Pork with Beans, Tomatoes, and Sage

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lb pork shoulder
2 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
½ yellow onion, finely diced
¾ tsp red pepper flakes
½ c dry white wine
1 28-oz can whole peeled tomatoes
A generous handful of sage, stems attached, tied into a bundle (or about ¼ cup packed sage leaves)
1 Parmesan rind
2 cloves garlic, smashed
2 14-oz cans cannellini or navy beans, rinsed and drained
