1 pound white button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup dried porcini mushrooms, soaking in just enough wine to cover them
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 cup arborio rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
finely grated parmesan cheese
