INGREDIENTS
1 pound browned ground beef or turkey
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup frozen or canned corn
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (I used mild)
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce (I used red mild sauce)
1 ½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese
4 (9 inch flour tortillas), cut into 1 inch squares (you can also use corn tortillas)
Sour cream and diced avocados, for topping
