1 med Onion (diced)

2 clove2 Garlic (pressed or minced)

1 Tbsp Caraway Seeds

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/3 cup Dry White Wine
•
3 Small Gold Potatoes (cubed)
•
3 Medium Carrots (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
•
1 Apple (Cored, peeled and diced)
•
2 cups Chicken Broth
