1 teaspoon of garlic powder (if you use salt, eliminate it up top)

3 tablespoons of butter
•
1 pound of lean (I used 93%) ground beef
•
1 onion-peeled and diced
•
3 carrots- peeled and chopped
•
1 cup of mushrooms
•
1 cup of frozen peas
•
1 cup of beef broth
•
2 tablespoons of flour (I used Gluten Free)
