3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (more or less depending on how hot you prefer)
1 onion (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (15 ounce) can corn (do not drain)
1 (19 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
4 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
