4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
1.25 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into small cubes)
1 small onion (diced)
¼ cup fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh basil
Optional: cooked jasmine rice, to serve with
