1 serve brown rice noodles

1 cup mixed veg ( I used broccoli, orange+ purple carrot, mushrooms and edamame)
•
1 spring onion
•
1 tsp sesame seeds
•
1/2 chilli – optional
•
1 tsp miso paste
•
1/2 tsp red curry paste
•
1 tsp finely grated ginger
•
1 veg or chicken stock cube
•
1 tbsp soy sauce
•
1/2 lime and handful coriander to serve
