"Mango Lassi Makes 2 -4 drinks..."
INGREDIENTS

2 cups yogurt ( I used low fat Greek yogurt)
•
2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen, don’t add ice if using frozen)
•
2/3 cups coconut milk ( can use regular milk)
•
1/3 cup coconut water
•
⅛ tsp sea salt
•
1/4 tsp green cardamom
•
1/4 cup honey
•
Ice – optional only if using fresh mango
