Indian Grilled Chicken with Fresh Peach Relish

INGREDIENTS
Wet rub:
¼ cup olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice (save the remaining juice for the relish)
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ to 1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on breasts or thighs can be used)
Fresh peach relish:
4 medium peaches, skin and pit removed (see below for instructions) and chopped (4 cups)
⅓ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup very thinly sliced white sweet onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ to ½ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
