1 cup all-purpose flour, plus extra for flouring
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle powder (or to taste)
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
flaked sea salt for topping (optional)
