INGREDIENTS

1 9-inch graham cracker crust

3 large eggs

1 stick or 1/2 cup unsalted butter
•
1 1/4 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*)
•
1 cup low fat or regular buttermilk
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1 tablespoon lemon juice
•
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
•
*Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
