1 1/4 pounds (500g) beef
1 1/4 pounds (500g) pork
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 large red bell pepper
1 1/4 pound (500g) onions, diced
4 tablespoons paprika powder (Elvira prefers Spanish Paprika)
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon celery salt
2  cans (15 ounces each) crushed tomatoes (875ml)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons corn starch
3 tablespoons cold water
