Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour*; 2 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapples; 1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil; 1/2 cup chopped English walnuts; 2 cups mashed bananas (3-4 bananas); 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 3 large eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; Cream Cheese Frosting; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
