2 carrots, slices
2 stalks clery, slices

1/2 c parsley chopped
2 tbls ginger, chopped
3 4" pices of lemongrass, smasher
zest of one orange
12 ounces diced tomatoes
2 tbls brown sugar
1 tabl tomatoe paste
2 c red wine
3 c beef stock
1 c asparagus tips, steamed
1 c cherry tomatoes
2 tbls chives, roughly chopped
