Vegetable oil, for deep-frying

Creole Mustard Dipping Sauce [4]

1 cup mayonnaise
•
5 tablespoons Creole mustard, or other whole-grain spicy mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
