2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds Italian sausage, mild or hot
1 rack baby back ribs
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
2 onions, diced
1 sweet red pepper, cored and diced
2 celery stalks, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
11 cups of strained/crushed tomatoes ((3-4 jars or cans))
2 cups red wine or sparkling grape juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed dried chili flakes
salt
pepper
spaghetti noodles or other pasta
