How to make Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbs chia seeds
2 Tbs peanut butter
½ cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
1 Tbs honey (or maple syrup (you can add more or less to taste))
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
Fruit: banana (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries. You can also add granola, flaxseed meal, or chia seeds)
