14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes including liquid
12 ounces green cabbage (chopped into 1-2 inch pieces (6 cups))
6 ounces uncooked riced cauliflower (1.5 cups)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried ground thyme
