For the 1000 Island Dressing:

½ cup non fat Greek yogurt
•
2 tablespoons ketchup
•
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
•
2 teaspoons onion, finely diced
•
1 small clove of garlic, minced
•
1 teaspoon white vinegar
•
Kosher salt
•
2-3 dashes Franks Red Hot (optional)
•
1 teaspoon hot prepared horseradish
•
For the dip:
•
1 package (8 oz) light cream cheese, softened
•
1½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
•
4 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
•
½ cup sauerkraut, drained
•
1000 Island Dressing (see above)
•
Dark Rye toast points, for serving
