1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard (could use yellow mustard)
•
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls ( I used Pillsbury Grands Crescent Rolls, but regular works fine also)

1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
•
1 /2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
•
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•
1 Tbs. poppy seeds (optional)
