50-100 g lean pork
25-50 g bamboo shoots canned strips
4 dried Chinese mushrooms or Shitake
1 tablespoon dried shrimp
1-2 cakes fresh tofu, diced 1 cm cubes
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 spring onions
5 cups chicken stock
3 tablespoons fresh or frozen shrimp
1 teaspoon salt
2 stock cubes
2 tablespoons peas
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Hot and sour mixture
2 tablespoon soy
3 tablespoons good vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons water
White pepper
