1 liter Chicken stock
•
80g Pork loin, julienne it.
•
10 Wood Ears, soak in the warm water for 15 minutes to soften it and julienne it.

1 medium size carrot, julienne it.
•
300g Fresh tofu, drain the water and cut into 5 cm stripes.
•
2 eggs, beaten
•
Marinade for pork:
•
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
•
1/2 teaspoon potato starch
•
1/2 teaspoon sugar
•
1 teaspoon rice wine
•
Seasonings:
•
1/2 teaspoon Salt
•
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
•
1 1/2 tablespoon Dark rice vinegar
•
1/2 tablespoon Normal rice vinegar
•
1 teaspoon Sugar
•
1 teaspoon ground pepper
•
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
•
2 tablespoons potato starch
