2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten*
4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature*
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1½ cups Homemade Marshmallow Creme, or store bought
4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
⅔ cup powdered sugar, sifted
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon milk or cream (I used cream)
2 ounces (1/4 cup) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped fine*
2 ounces (1/4 cup) bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine*
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
