1⁄4 cup vegetable shortening
2⁄3 cup buttermilk
1⁄4 cup heavy cream

Makes About 1⁄4 Cup
1⁄4 cup honey
1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1⁄4 teaspoon dried crushed pepper
