Batter:
•
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/4 cup cornstarch
•
1 egg, beaten
•
2/3 cups water
•
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•
pinch of salt

Honey Sauce:
•
1/8 cup honey
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 tablespoon white vinegar
