1 serving Japanese style tofu cut into triangles

Oil to coat the bottom of a small skillet
•
1/2 teaspoon or more red chili paste
•
1 clove garlic, grated with microplane
•
1 green onion sliced thinly, reserve some for garnish
•
4 Tablespoons Soy sauce (I use tamari)
•
1-2 Tablespoons Honey
•
Chopped fresh cilantro
•
1 serving microwave basmati rice, heated according to the package directions
