Honey and Oregano Broiled Feta Caprese Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 (8-ounce) block Feta cheese at room temperature
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus more for garnish
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1 handful fresh oregano leaves
1 tablespoon honey
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
4 medium ripe heirloom or beefsteak tomato
Zest of 1 lemon
1 handful roasted and salted pistachios roughly chopped
Maldon sea salt or other flaky sea salt, for garnish
Toasted bread for serving
