8 ounces macaroni, uncooked (I use the whole box)

1/2 cup celery (I use 1 cup)

1/4 cup red onion (I use a whole small onion)

1/4 cup red bell pepper (I use a whole bell pepper)
•
1/2 tablespoon jalapeno pepper (I omit)
•
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I double this)
•
1 tablespoon cider vinegar (I double this)
•
2 tablespoons fresh chives (I double & I use dried chives with great results)
•
1/2 teaspoon salt (I omit)
•
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (I omit)
