1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 tablespoons oil (I use a combination of extra virgin olive oil and vegetable oil)
1/2 cup water
