INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayonnaise (I love Duke’s Mayo for my recipe)
•
1 tablespoon mustard (My favorite is Creole, then Spicy Brown, then Dijon mustard)
•
1 small dill pickle (finely chopped (you can also use pickle relish – try pickled peppers for a spicy spin))
•
1 tablespoon capers (chopped)
•
1 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)
•
1 teaspoon lemon juice
•
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a Creole spin - use paprika for milder)
•
Salt and pepper to taste
