Ingredients: 1 cup sugar; 1/4 cup water; 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces; 1/2 cup heavy cream; 2 teaspoons vanilla; pinch of good sea salt (I added a few more pinches, because I like my caramel salted)
