2 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
30 ounces diced canned tomatoes (fire-roasted)
¾ cup diced white onions (½-inch dice)
½ cup cilantro leaves (packed)
3 tablespoons lime juice
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
