INGREDIENTS

5 or 6 nice sized stalks of rhubarb

A Ginger Bug (see below)

Raw came sugar (sugar gets eaten by natural yeast)

Ginger Bug Peel: Mince 2 teaspoons Ginger Root. Put it in a small glass jar with 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons sugar. Cover the jar with a paper towel and rubber band. (It needs to breath)

Gently swirl it several times a day. Feed it more Ginger and sugar daily until it starts bubbling (3-6 days)

If it gets moldy, throw it away and start over.
