2 oranges (grated zest and juice)

2 lemons (grated zest and juice)

4 teaspoons mixed spice (or pumpkin pie spice)
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (eliminate if using pumpkin pie spice)

1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
•
1/3 cup whiskey (or brandy)
